What is The 52 Things about?

The 52 Things is a list of ideas/topics to consider, one for each week. The origins of the topics include Buddhism, AA and mindfulness practices.   I have found that having an "assignment" improves my ability to be aware of my personal and spiritual development. You may find it useful to discuss these topics with another person or a study group. You may find it useful to journal on the topic each week. You may also find it useful to use the topic as a focus of meditation. I find all of these are useful.
